Run, walk, cycle, swim, lift, do yoga. Anything 30 minutes or more counts.

Screenshot your activity from any app — Strava, Apple Health, Garmin — and upload it.

Climb the board

Points land instantly. The leaderboard updates every Monday. Top three per category win.

· Minimum 30 minutes per session, completed in one go.

· Pace of 9 min/km or slower counts as a walk.

· Cycling capped at 35 km/h. Indoor cycling and swimming need heart rate.

· Up to 2 hours of activity counted per day.
